While they taut their “10-year, “can’t flatten, won’t flatten” warranty,” how long does a Big Barker Dog Bed last… really?

I purchased my first Big Barker Bed back in 2015 – 2016, making this sleek version bed the oldest dog bed in my house, approximately 8.5 years old.  

With daily use by two 200+ pound Mastiffs, washing the cover weekly, and moving from a warm, dry climate (Arizona) to Michigan, today we are going to pull back the cover and see how well the Big Barker foam has held up in 8+ years. 

Pet Products For Large Dogs

Most pet products are simply not made to withstand the beating a giant dog can inflict. The product graveyard in my garage is proof of that fact, sadly.

Whether they are made with cheap materials, in a careless cheap way, or are completely outsourced to China, high-quality, durable products designed for large dogs are VERY hard to find.

And while this is terrific news, my guess is this study was not conducted on 8+-year-old dog beds.

But could they have used older, used dog beds?  Would the results of this study be the same if they were using my OG Big Barker purchased in 2016?

Big Barker Dog Bed Long-Term Review 

Before Big Barker, I was stuck in the slow financial drain of CCC (Cheap Crap From China) with a new dog bed every few months. 

They would flatten almost immediately, be impossible to clean, and begin to stink up the room after just a week. In other words, they were a total waste of money.
